夏恩燕澳洲維權抗議行動—驚！夜半槍聲，悉尼中領館獲新年禮物！

2011年12月30日悉尼，25攝氏度，晴，有時多雲
凌晨1：30左右，在悉尼中領館 Dunblane街上，發生了一起槍擊案。
據當地媒體報到：27、32歲2名嫌疑人，他們翻進中領館3米高的圍牆大院內，事發地點有4聲爆炸聲響，並發現在領館門前放有一槍支和手垂。警方接到報警後，由數十名全副武裝的警察包圍在中領館周圍。
人們驚訝並猜測著，恰逢假日辭舊迎新的歲月裡，是什麼吸引着疑犯翻越過3米高並架設有電子鋼絲網的圍牆，進入到中領館院內？半夜三更，迫不及待地贈送什麼如此重要的禮物，竟然穿越常人不可魚躍的防火牆？是什麼徵兆？預示給人們的是什麼？警示給人們的又是什麼？在中國投訴無門，走投無路，流亡到此，被迫做出這樣的驚人事件，用以提醒世人？我們好奇地聽著他們的議論，並急切地想知道究竟發生了什麼？為什麼就發生在中領館院內？勢必讓人非疑所思？如果您也是維權、訪民人士，是否也會讓您為這兩位嫌疑人感到如此沉重的心情？
今天讓我們每一位前來抗議的人士大開眼界，各路媒體蜂擁而至，前來報導涉槍嫌疑人進入悉尼中領館院內的事件。有幸在西方媒體對中國訪民非常感興趣的同時，拍照採訪，並告之也將會發表在主流媒體上，真是天賞良機給我們中國訪民話語權，這是成功的一天。在澳洲法制國家裡，我們的維權抗議宗旨是採取和平理性行為。

Accusation against criminal China Communist Government; they are a robber’s thieves, killer organisation.
They attract investors to invest in China, but they have lied to and tricked investors and have occupied their properties, factories, stolen from bank accounts and threatened Taiwanese investors.
1. The robbery of Taiwanese Property is China Government Policy
2. China/Taiwan business association calculate that there are over 60,000 cases of victims of investment in China. Over 300,000 families are victims.
3.Taiwan KMT party calculate that China has robbed Taiwanese investors of over US$350,000,000,000
The Chinese Communist Party is shameful, because they are thieves and murderers. The Communist Party uses the government and the legal system to seize Taiwanese property including factories and shops and investors money in China. They use shameful, tricky and dirty methods, including lying. The purpose of which is to take Taiwanese investors property and profit.
1. Legal Factors (To do with the Law): According to Chinese officials, there is strong focus on the law: “They will protect Taiwanese legal rights and profits, if Taiwanese invest in China” In fact they have attracted investors by lying.
Afterwards Taiwanese, have discovered that there are no legal rights to protect them. They are just a criminal organisation.
Taiwanese can not take legal action, as Chinese Courts refuse to hear Taiwanese cases.
There are no legal rights or protection in China.
2. Emotional: Chinese Chairman Hu Jintao says that “we are brothers” but, in fact he has attracted through lying; Taiwanese investment in China, and later on criminal groups occupy Taiwanese properties and money deposited in bank accounts. (So many sad cases, there is much evidence).
3. Economic: Chinese Vice Chairman, Wen Jiaobao says “let all profits go to Taiwanese Investors” In fact, he has attracted through lying; Taiwanese investment in China, and later on criminal groups occupy Taiwanese properties and money deposited in bank accounts.
Finally Taiwanese will surrender to China because, China has stolen through lying and deception, and this will make Taiwan bankrupt and poor. Taiwanese are numb because there is no feeling. (So many sad cases, there is much evidence).
10 January 2012 protest in Taipei Main Station:
Case 1
Accusation against Fujian Department of Justice (corruption).
The leader of Judiciary Ni Ying Da – has protected corrupt officers, they are more terrible than gangs, they are a corrupt group who have “cheated” Taiwanese investors.
Taiwanese investors; Mr Chen (陳吉盛) and Mr Huang (黃錫聰) Ph Number: 0937034488. They closed down their company in 1996. They rented their factory to Taiwanese and returned to Taiwan.
Fujian officers cooperated with the bank; they fraudulently produced Mr Chen, and Mr Huang’s I.D and took out a mortgage on their factory, and auctioned the factory. Mr Chen & Mr Huang have evidence. The Fujian Province lead judge Ni Ying Da, protected these officers and “covered up” the crime and protected the corrupt officers and the bank.
Case 2
Zhu Yi Jie (朱依婕) is Chinese. She came to join protest, because the Hubei Government took her house and robbed her of her property and made her homeless.
Case 3
Guo Mon Zhe (郭孟垤) invested in a large commercial building Tianjian City in 1988. When building was ready the owner; Yeng Guanchen became the mayor. Mr Guo accused the Mayor of taking the building. This has proven useless. Mr Guo remained upset until he died, his family say “Guo” died and the building belongs to the Mayor, and had successfully robbed and occupied Taiwanese property. Guo’s family; who live in Taiwan have evidence of this.
Case 4
Zhuang Dong Long (莊東隆) cooperated with the Jangsu Government and invested in two families. Finally the Jangsu Provincial Government robbed and occupied these two factories.
Zhuang Dong Long has accused the Jangsu Government for 20 years. This has been useless. He has applied to the Beijing International Economic Trade Centre to judge now.
Case 5
Zhang Zung yi (張遵義): Ten years ago bought one lifestyle property in Lushan tourist centre. Last year in June he returned to his house, and the locks had been changed and someone else was staying there.
He reported this to the police, and nothing happened. He then took this case to the High Court, and to date has had no information. No one cares about this case.
Case 6
Chen Pei Hua (陳佩華): Had invested in a shopping Mall in Dalian, because the land value had increased the Chinese Contract destroyed the contract and transferred sale to other people. He took this case to court, but this has proven useless and remains unresolved.
Case 7
Xu Long Bao (許龍寶): He invested in Hainan Island, Sanya City Hotel Complex. Mr Xu and business partner Mr Li had money trouble. Sanya District Court Judge gave no notice to Mr Xu. Mr Xu was unaware of a court case. The judge and Mr Li cooperated with each other and enforced the cancellation Taiwanese Mr Xu shares in the company.
After 13 years of investment, he has nothing. Mr Xu returned to Taiwan and joined the protest movement.
Case 8
Yu Ying Yi (余英儀): Mr Yu invested in ten commercial buildings in Xiangxi Province, Tai Yuan city. Chinese business partners made it that he couldn’t take title of the properties. The business partners ask 500 purchasers make the “Owners Association” say that Mr Yu’s company is illegal. They even employed gangs to attack Taiwanese staff.
Mr Yu, took these accusation to court. The Central Government in Beijing, did not care, because of the policy of Chinese occupying Taiwanese property. This is legal in China.
Case 9
Sun Li Zhong and sister Sun Shu Pin (孫立中與其姊孫淑屏): They invested in a food factory in a Shanghai food factory. They invested in the building for the food factory in 1994. This was a good business and a good brand “Taiwan King Rice Dumpling.
After eight years, the Shanghai Government asked the investors to “get out” They were told that this was a government plan. They returned with nothing.
Case 10
Xie Chuan Guo (謝傳國): Seventeen years ago, he closed his Taiwanese family and invested cooperated with Dongshan City Government and invested in building a big hotel. After managing the hotel for two years, a corrupt group from the Dongshan City Council occupied the hotel.
He took this to court, and this has proven useless.
Case 11
Yang Fu Chen (楊馥成): He is an agricultural doctor. He has invested in China for 25 years, including Tianjian Army hospital, and Liaoning, Henan and Beijing. He had invested in so many places.
The Chinese Government then occupied all of these places. Mr Yang returned to Taiwan with nothing.
Case 12
Ting Hsiu-Yun (丁秀雲): She invested in Hubei Province Wuhan stock. “Dong Fan Jing Yu”. Stock number: 600086. The Wuhan Notary Public Department produced a fraudulent document giving authority to another person, and cooperated Hubei Erzhou City Liangzihu District Court and pretended to sell One Billion RMB stock.
Ms Ting went to the Notary Public Department. They hit her and threatened her and told “No More Come Here”. This is communist true face. She has taken her case to many different authorities, including the Central Government in Beijing. This has proven useless.
Case 13
Peng Zhen Tian (彭增田): He deposited private money in Guangdong Shenjiang City China bank. RMB 7,000,000. The bank took his money. He tried to sue the bank in court. He was threatened by local police, and told to “withdraw” the case, otherwise they will “bury” him. He ran away, in fear back to Taiwan. This is the China Bank.
Case 14
Ruan You Tin (欒有廷): Had invested over RMB 20,000,000 and cooperated with Hunan Provincial Government to manufacture silk clothing. The contract was that he would supply the equipment and Government would support the factory and pay RMB 6,000,000, but the Chinese Government breached the contract, and gave no notice and auctioned the factory.
A Chinese investor bought the factory for RMB 200, 000. Mr Ruan got nothing.
Case 15
Hong Yu Cong(洪玉蔥): He managed a hotel in Shenzhen City. The hotel was often robbed, and items stolen and occupied. Mr Hong wanted to sell the hotel to Chinese friends. The Shenzhen local Government refused the sale. He could not do anything.
Case 16
Gao Weipang (高為邦): He invested in Hebei Province. The Government Court used false papers to take all factory products and moved away. There were no items left. A Hebei Government group attracts Taiwanese investors and then rob and occupy Taiwanese properties.
Case 17
Shen Po Sheng (沈柏勝): He invested in TianJin City in 1992. The Government occupied all of his properties.
He took his case to court for eighteen years, this was useless. 1 May 2009, Mr Shen went to Tiananmen Square, Beijing and took a knife and cut his own belly. He lost 3 Litres of blood and nearly died. The Chinese Central Government asked Tianjan City council to compensate Mr Shen with RMB 1.9 Billion.
The Tianjin City Council only paid RMB 16 Million. They didn’t pay until pay until two years later in 2011. The conditions were that Mr Shen writes a letter, thanking The Communist Government. The second condition was that he gives up his action to sue the judge and officers and Liu Zhen Zhong (國台辦劉建中)、and Fan Li Chen(范麗青).
There have been over 60, 000 cases. It was only the attempted suicide of Mr Shen in Tiananmen Square that has resulted in compensation. This case has consumed Mr Shen’s life. Mr Shen has never married, and has fought for 20 Years to gain compensation.
He warns Taiwanese investors that if you “invest in China” there is only one way” and that is “you will die”.
He welcomes Taiwanese victims of investment in China to make accusations and protest here.

控訴福建省檢察長倪英達包庇貪官犯罪

投資大陸福建省台商陳吉盛、黃錫聰於1996年將公司辦理歇業，廠房出租台灣人返台，
卻於2000年被福建高官伙同銀行，內外勾結，偽造變造該公司及陳、黃兩台商的證件
冒名貸款4家銀行，法官循私枉法陷害，且濫用職權阻擋公安刑事偵破，蓄意嫁禍判
令兩台商償該冤債，查扣押公司房產，法院收租，兩台商淚灑福建控告上訪路11年，
期間往來兩岸100多趟維權，雖有鐵證如山的証據，卻因福建省檢察長倪英達包庇犯
罪份子，阻攔刑事立案偵破，省檢察院拖延不辦，處心積慮要整垮控告人，包庇貪官
明擺著吃台灣人，不肯依法辦案，幫腐敗份子當保護傘，跑爛了腿，一個結果也沒有，
福建省反腐敗機關不反腐敗還幫腐敗撐腰視國家法律如無物，鐵證如山的案子都敢這
樣子，中國司法還能相信嗎？台商依中國共產黨制定的法律，循司法程序控告無用，
將福建司法黑暗迫害台灣人的真相公諸於世，親自站到第一線，在台灣各地組織遊行
抗議警告台灣人民，不要到中國福建找死。

受害台商八度上街 嘉義市焚燒五星旗

〔記者丁偉杰／嘉市報導〕由受害台商沈柏勝等人號召「控訴中國誘騙迫害台灣人」遊行，昨天在嘉義市舉行，受害者和家屬數十人在街頭高舉抗議旗幟，抨擊政府完全沒有關心受害台商，更焚燒五星旗表達對中國的不滿。
中國發雙十文件假宣傳
沈柏勝說，九月開始在國內遊行，昨天是第八場，每次都有受害人站出來，中國方面感到緊張，而有「雙十文件」的發出，要求中國各地加速解決久拖不決的台商投資糾紛案五十八件。
但他質疑，這只是中國的「宣傳」手法，因為相關受害台商未被通知，他更質疑，中國可能因近來蔡英文民調略高於馬英九，才會發出此消息來「收買台商的心」。
投資中國受害者協會秘書長游翼仁也表示，中國霸佔台商財產無法無天，一方面發出「雙十文件」假宣傳，另方面則恐嚇受害台商「不要參加遊行」，甚至打電話給受害台商說「已經在幫你處理」，讓受害台商對參加遊行猶豫退縮，根本是在玩兩面手法，他呼籲國人看清楚中國的真面目。
批海基會推託還在協調
沈柏勝也說，政府完全沒有關心受害台商狀況，海基會只會說「還在協調」，民進黨、台聯等協助受害台商陳情控訴，說出真相，看不到執政的國民黨挺身而出，讓受害台商「很失望」。
